Obtaining Delivery/Collection Estimate
To estimate the delivery charges for your order simply add the items you are interested in to your shopping cart. Once you have done this proceed to the shopping cart page and enter your delivery address and postcode into the appropriate fields. Then click the "Get a Quote" button. All available shipping costs and options will be displayed and include delivery and collection.
Standard Courier Service
This is a basic delivery and collection service which operates Monday to Saturday from 8am to 5pm. Delivery times can be confirmed for an AM or PM time only. All delivery/collection fees are based on ease of access to the venue and parking/loading facilities. If the venue has stairs or is difficult to access additional charges may apply. A contact person must be available to receive the goods and all equipment must be clean, accounted for and packed up ready for collection before the arranged time. Additional charges will apply for any delays to our courier.
Priority Delivery Service
Our priority delivery service ensures your order will arrive within 30mins of your pre arranged time where possible (subject to weather conditions and traffic). This is particular helpful for large orders where storage is not an option, public or private functions when items are required for a set time only or simply if you are busy and just need the items delivered and collected with no fuss. Our professional staff will contact you leading up to your event day to arrange a suitable location and time for delivery and collection. Our helpful staff will deliver the items to your location and go through any set up advice/support you may require. Authority to leave items at a secure location can be pre arranged if necessary. All equipment must be clean, accounted for and packed up ready for collection at the pre arranged time. Additional charges may apply if equipment is not ready on time.
Self Pick Up and Returns
Pick up’s and returns can be arranged from our office and storage facility in Wellington Point, 4160. Our friendly staff will contact you leading up to your event day and arrange this with you. General pick up and return times are between 8-10am and 3-5pm Monday to Friday, Saturday between 8-9am and 3-4pm and Sunday on request only. All times are subject to confirmation with each individual client. Failure to pick up at your pre arranged time may result in additional charges or the office being closed and you will forfeit your items and no refunds will be offered. Late returns may attract additional charges so we strongly recommended to contact our office in the event you are running late. You should also be aware of the order size you are collecting, many of our items are GIANT size and may not fit in a small vehicle.
Refund Policy for Yardparty Brisbane/SE Qld Hires.
In the unlikely event you receive your items and they are not working correctly, broken or have missing parts you MUST contact our office via email, mobile, text or recorded message to explain the situation when unpacking the items and BEFORE USE, in which case we will refund you a portion of the hire price or in full for that particular item depending on the situation. If you arranged collection of the Yardparty items yourself you will be responsible for all items after they leave our storage facility. Contacting us after the event or on return of the items will not be accepted and you will be liable for any damage or missing equipment. Please note all equipment is cleaned, checked and maintained after each booking and will be in 100% working order for your event. With most equipment, general instructions are provided, but we can take no responsibility on your ability to assemble any of the items.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking with Brisbane Yardparty, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. In the event that your items have been prepared for delivery/collection, you will be charged for that order. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us ASAP using the details below and quote your order number and event date. Administration charges will apply if canceled within 7 business days of your event date. Full payment will apply if canceled within 48 hours (two days) of your event date. Please understand once your original order has been received, the items are no longer available to hire for that period.
